Este domingo se jugará el Super Bowl LVII y habrá mucho más en juego que el partido entre las Águilas de Filadelfia y los Jefes de Kansas City. Ese día ChatGPT, la herramienta de inteligencia artificial que ha cautivado al mundo en este 2023, demostrará lo que es capaz de hacer en el mundo del marketing y las redes sociales.

La agencia de mercadotecnia estadounidense, Giant Spoon, ha dado a conocer que ese día será ChatGPT, la herramienta de inteligencia artificial, la que redacte y publique los posteos de reacciones sus redes sociales.

Según Digiday Noell Cottrell, CEO de la agencia explicó: “Le estamos dando a nuestro departamento creativo [el domingo del Super Bowl] como día libre y ChatGPT generará todo nuestro contenido de reacción al Super Bowl. Literalmente, le estamos entregando las llaves del reino a ChatGPT“.

ChatGPT es una herramienta de inteligencia artificial capaz de generar contenido en texto como si fuera un ser humano. Puedes pedirle que escriba artículos, ensayos, reportajes y correos electrónicos. También que redacte tus textos para redes sociales.

Giant Spoon, que cuenta entre su cartera de clientes con marcas como Netflix, General Electric, Reddit, Walmart y NBC entre otros, utilizará la nueva tecnología para redactar y publicar tuits en vivo durante el partido, pero desde las redes sociales de la agencia, no de las de sus clientes.

Cottrell explicó: “Será Giant Spoon tuiteando sobre los anuncios, y también sobre el contenido y sobre todo lo que está sucediendo en el Super Bowl. Pero no habrá ningún [equipo] humano detrás de esto“.

Aparte de la notoriedad que le da a la agencia, la estrategia supone una importante prueba para que ChatGPT demuestre de lo que es capaz. Además de redactar contenido en tiempo real, ¿podrá salir triunfante del Super Bowl?
