The saying “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” may become a reality, thanks to a company called Sky Quarry. With 15 million tons of asphalt shingles dumped in North America annually, this company is one of the few to recognize profitable opportunities within the landfill.

Their big idea? Turn those asphalt shingles into a range of valuable resources that can be used across multiple industries. While 15 million tons of asphalt shingles are equivalent to 22 million barrels of oil, Sky Quarry is using their patented technology to also convert this waste into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and even new asphalt roofing shingles. That’s a potential revolution in both sustainability and renewable energy from multiple angles.

Now, Sky Quarry is inviting private investors to join them ahead of their planned Nasdaq listing. Here are three reasons why we believe that Sky Quarry is a compelling investment opportunity.

1. Expanding market potential.

The global demand for sustainable solutions is surging as awareness of environmental issues increases. Specifically, the market for sustainable fuels was valued at $1 billion last year, and it’s expected to reach $16.8 billion by 2030. That’s more than a 1,500% rise, but it’s all within reason as the markets shift toward greener alternatives, dwindling crude oil resources, and heightened environmental regulations.

Between sustainable construction materials, aviation fuels, and recycled asphalt shingles, Sky Quarry has the opportunity to tap into whose combined demand could be $25B by 2035.

2. Strong traction and progress.

In 2023, Sky Quarry’s refinery generated more than $50 million in revenue. In 2025, Sky Quarry plans to open its flagship extraction facility, which has the potential to produce up to 2,000 barrels of oil per day.

The company is led by CEO David Sealock, who has moe than three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Their EVP, Marcus Laun, also has 20+ years of experience advising companies on their path to growth. Together, we believe they’ve created the ideal combination of industry expertise and business acumen.

3. Planned Nasdaq listing.

Something that may make Sky Quarry’s investment opportunity even more exciting is that they’re planning a Nasdaq listing in the near future. They’ve already secured their stock ticker symbol ‘SKYQ’.

Going public typically provides companies with increased visibility and credibility, potentially attracting institutional investors like ETFs and other funds. As the company’s shareholder base broadens, it could potentially raise the stock price. That’s why we believe getting in early before the planned Nasdaq listing is such an exciting opportunity.

Why invest now?

Investing in Sky Quarry means supporting a company that is helping lead the charge in transforming waste into valuable resources, addressing critical environmental challenges, and capitalizing on expanding market opportunities. As the company prepares for its planned Nasdaq listing and continues to advance its technology, now is an opportune moment to consider joining its mission.
